BETTER SLEEP FOR YOUR WHOLE FAMILY.
Yes you will sleep again!
I've helped hundreds of families transform sleepless nights into a proper night's sleep, using calm, proven and evidence based techniques that follow safer-sleep guidelines.

Your Gentle Sleep Consultant
I'm Stephanie, an OCN Qualified specialist baby and toddler sleep consultant and mum to three; my little boy, Oshy and twin girls, Maisie and Cleo.
With over 15 years of experience working with children and families, I bring confidence and warmth to your sleep journey.
My method is built on the belief that a well-rested family is a happier family. We'll work together to create a plan that fits your family's unique needs; with your child's age, temperament, and developmental stage at the heart of every custom plan I create.
Each plan follows NHS and Lullaby Trust safer sleep guidance, and a responsive approach is at the heart of my practice.
Very soon, you can stop feeling anxious about the night and start getting the sleep you so desperately need.
Let's get you smiling through the day, sleeping through the night, and repeating it all over again!

HOW I CAN HELP

There are so many opinions about infant sleep and it can feel really overwhelming when you're trying to make changes. I don't add more noise. Instead, I listen to you, understand your child and their sleep needs and make a plan that reflects your family. You'll leave the process feeling much more confident in your child's sleep.
I specialise in:
-
Reducing frequent night wakings
-
Navigating sleep regressions
-
Early wake ups - no more 5ams!
-
Reducing lengthy bedtimes
-
Establishing nap routines
-
Working with your child's temperament and developmental aged
-
Navigating separation anxiety and sleep
-
Age appropriate night-feed reduction
-
Getting your evenings back
-
Helping you feel relaxed around your child's sleep
What does this look like in practice?
Your written plan is built entirely around your child, rather than it being a template.
For a baby it might include a realistic day routine, a sensory regulation section and a staged night feed reduction schedule.
For a toddler it might include developmental context, boundary strategies, and a social story.
Every plan is different because every child is!
